Membership Agreement

1. Parties

a) BSP BAG AYAKKABI VE ÇANTA SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., located at Aşık Veysel Mah. Yeşillik Cd. No: 447-449, İç Kapı No: 1, Karabağlar / IZMIR (hereinafter referred to as "Bassepi"), which operates the website www.bassepi.com.

b) The internet user who becomes a member of the website www.bassepi.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Member may benefit from the website www.bassepi.com owned and operated by Bassepi.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that all personal and other information provided while registering on www.bassepi.com is accurate and lawful, and agrees to indemnify Bassepi for any damages it may incur due to the inaccuracy of such information.

3.2. The Member may not share their password provided by Bassepi with third parties or institutions. The right to use the password belongs solely to the Member. The Member is solely responsible for any consequences resulting from unauthorized use of the password and shall be liable for all claims or demands made against Bassepi due to such unauthorized use.

3.3. The Member agrees to comply with all applicable laws while using www.bassepi.com and shall bear all legal and criminal liabilities in case of any violation.

3.4. The Member shall not use the website in a manner that is contrary to public order, general morals, or the rights of others. The Member shall also refrain from activities that hinder or complicate the use of the services by others (e.g., spam, viruses, Trojan horses).

3.5. Opinions and thoughts expressed by Members on www.bassepi.com are their personal views and do not reflect the opinions of Bassepi. Bassepi is not responsible for any damages arising from these opinions, either to other users or to the Member.

3.6. Bassepi shall not be liable for unauthorized access to Member data or for any damages that may arise to the Member’s software or data. The Member agrees not to seek compensation for any such damages.

3.7. The Member undertakes not to access or use other users’ data without permission. Legal and criminal responsibility for such actions belongs solely to the Member.

3.8. Any Member who violates one or more of the provisions of this agreement shall be personally and legally liable and agrees to indemnify Bassepi against any legal consequences. In such cases, Bassepi also reserves the right to seek compensation.

3.9. Bassepi reserves the right to delete a Member’s account and any associated data at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The Member accepts this right and acknowledges that Bassepi bears no responsibility for such actions.

3.10. The software and design of www.bassepi.com are the property of Bassepi and are protected under intellectual property laws. These materials may not be used, copied, or modified without permission.

3.11. Bassepi may collect certain technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, access date/time) for system improvement, legal compliance, and service enhancement purposes.

3.12. Bassepi may use Members’ personal data and browsing behavior to enhance service offerings and site usability. Bassepi reserves the right to store logs of Member activity on the site.

3.13. By becoming a Member, the user consents to receiving promotional emails, campaigns, offers, and customer satisfaction surveys. The Member authorizes Bassepi to collect and archive their data for these purposes, even after termination of the membership, unless otherwise stated.

3.14. Bassepi may disclose Member data if required by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal proceedings or protect Bassepi’s rights.

3.15. Bassepi has taken reasonable precautions to keep the website free from malicious software, but it is the responsibility of the Member to ensure proper antivirus protection. Bassepi shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

3.16. Bassepi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the website or any services or delete user data at any time.

3.17. Bassepi may amend or cancel this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Such changes become effective on the date of publication on the site.

3.18. The parties agree that Bassepi's electronic records shall serve as exclusive and conclusive evidence in case of any disputes and shall be considered an evidentiary contract under applicable law.

3.19. By accepting this Agreement, the Member consents to receiving informational emails and SMS messages from Bassepi. Members may opt out by contacting Bassepi via the contact information provided on the website.

4. Termination of the Agreement

This Agreement remains in effect until the Member or Bassepi terminates the membership. Bassepi may unilaterally terminate the Agreement in the event of a violation of its terms.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Izmir, Turkey shall have jurisdiction.

6. Enforcement

By completing the registration process, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this Membership Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective at the moment of membership registration.
