The Consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
The withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded for service agreements; for goods, it starts on the day the goods are received by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer. However, the consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal at any time between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods.
For the determination of the withdrawal period:
In the case of goods delivered separately but part of a single order, the period starts from the day the last item is received by the consumer or the designated third party.
In the case of goods consisting of multiple parts, the period starts from the day the final part is received by the consumer or the designated third party.
In the case of goods delivered regularly over a defined period, the period starts from the day the first item is received by the consumer or the designated third party.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us through the contact page at www.bassepi.com before the withdrawal period expires. The designated carrier for returns must be the one appointed by Bassepi; otherwise, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
