Returns & Exchange Policy

• For online purchases, the return period is 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.

• You must submit a written notification within 2 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

• Items shipped for return/exchange remain under the sender’s (customer’s) responsibility until they reach Bassepi.

• The item must be returned undamaged, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging with all accessories, exactly as delivered.

• No. Items with removed tags are considered used and deemed a waiver of the right of withdrawal; returns/exchanges are not accepted.

• An exchange can be made only once. A second exchange is not possible; in that case, only a return request may be made (if eligible).

• The customer pays. You may ship with any carrier at sender’s expense. (Return/exchange shipping fees are not covered by our company.)

• Used or no-longer-original items,

• Items without tags,

• Items with user-caused damage (tears, deformation, breakage, etc.),

• Discounted items (returns/exchanges are not accepted).

• Any item found defective by us may be returned. Washed textile products and all used items are not returnable or exchangeable (even if within the time window) due to loss of resellable condition.

• Items with damaged/altered packaging are not accepted. The product must be flawless, complete, and in its original box, with its box/packaging and any standard accessories intact. Items that cannot be delivered complete and undamaged in this condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

• No. By law, orders are shipped with a dispatch note and invoice. The original documents must be provided for returns; items without an invoice cannot be returned.

• Once the item arrives, we perform an eligibility check. If eligible, the exchange is completed within 2–5 business days. If not eligible, the item is returned to your address at recipient’s expense.

• After the item arrives, it is inspected for return eligibility. If approved, the return is finalized within 15 business days; depending on your bank, the refund reflects to your account within 3–5 business days. If not eligible, the item is returned to your address at recipient’s expense.
