Requests made after this period will <strong>not<\/strong> be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Who is responsible for the product during a return shipment?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Items shipped for return\/exchange remain under the sender\u2019s (customer\u2019s) responsibility until they reach Bassepi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What condition must the product be in for a return\/exchange?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The item must be returned undamaged, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging with all accessories, exactly as delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Are returns\/exchanges accepted if the tag has been removed?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>No. Items with removed tags are considered used and deemed a waiver of the right of withdrawal; returns\/exchanges are not accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How many times can I exchange an item?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>An exchange can be made only once. A second exchange is not possible; in that case, only a return request may be made (if eligible).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Who pays the shipping costs for returns and exchanges?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer pays. You may ship with any carrier at sender\u2019s expense. (Return\/exchange shipping fees are not covered by our company.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>In which cases are returns\/exchanges strictly not accepted?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Used or no-longer-original items,<\/li>\n<li>Items without tags,<\/li>\n<li>Items with user-caused damage (tears, deformation, breakage, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>Discounted items (returns\/exchanges are not accepted).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Which products are excluded from returns?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Any item found defective by us may be returned. Washed textile products and all used items are not returnable or exchangeable (even if within the time window) due to loss of resellable condition.<\/li>\n<li>Items with damaged\/altered packaging are not accepted. The product must be flawless, complete, and in its original box, with its box\/packaging and any standard accessories intact. Items that cannot be delivered complete and undamaged in this condition cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Can I return an item without the invoice and dispatch note?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>No. By law, orders are shipped with a dispatch note and invoice. The original documents must be provided for returns; items without an invoice cannot be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How does the exchange process work and how long does it take?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the item arrives, we perform an eligibility check. If eligible, the exchange is completed within 2\u20135 business days.
